When can I expect my order?
Orders ship out within 2 days of purchase and are delivered to your front door in 1-5 business days, depending on your address in the USA or Canada. You'll receive a tracking number and link as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates can experience delays of up to one day, so please check again if you don't see your order on the move.
For subscription orders, all recurring shipments are processed based on your original sign-up date and how frequently you wish to have products delivered.
Do you ship internationally?
No, at this time we only ship to customers in the USA and Canada. More countries coming soon!
What's the shipping rate?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the USA and Canada. Express shipping options are available for $4 USD or $5 CAD. For orders $45 and above, Express shipping is free!
Return for Refund or Exchange
MATKAS offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on regular-priced products. If you are not happy with our product for any reason, we will refund you the regular purchase price, less applicable shipping fees. Coupon purchases or sale-priced items may qualify for partial refunds at our discretion. Email us at hello@matkas.com to and we’ll help with any return, exchange, or refund needs within 1-2 business days. Please note that we monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges.
We do not currently offer exchanges. In case you wish to exchange a product, we recommend you place a new order for the replacement product, and we will then issue a refund for the returned goods. In case of an exchange, we do not cover the cost of shipping back the product except in cases of shipping errors. Examples of shipping errors include the shipment of an incorrect product or the product being unusable due to damage incurred during shipping.
Shipping instructions for returned products
To return your product, email hello@matkas.com. Include the order number as well as the reason for return. In the case of damages or incorrect items received, please provide a photo or photos of the issue. A member of our team will provide you with return instructions within 1-2 business days of your request. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs and the safe return of merchandise.
Time to return
You can begin the returns process anytime within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds outside of this window will be processed at the sole and absolute discretion of MATKAS. Once your return is approved and the item(s) are on the way back to us we will process your refund. You will receive a refund confirmation email right away, but please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. Returned items must reach us within 60 days of the refund being issued. If we don't receive your return by then, we'll reverse any issued refund and consider the return incomplete.
Sale items and discounted items
All regular priced items may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. All sale, promotional, gift, samples, or discontinued items are final sale or may qualify for partial refunds at the sole discretion of MATKAS. Returned Merchandise Policy
We protect the integrity of the products we sell. For your safety, we only sell new, sealed products with accurate expiration dates. We properly dispose of any returned items that are opened, used, or expired.
