We ship only in the USA. International shipping is coming soon.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.

Business Days & Holidays

All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day. Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed.

How do I know that my order shipped?

Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. Please add hello@matkas.com to your address book to make sure you receive your confirmation e-mail and tracking information.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

Once you have place your order, our ability to make changes to or cancel your order may be limited. Please contact hello@matkas.com, MATKAS's customer care team will work with you to try and accomodate changes or cancellations to your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

If you have selected expedited shipping (serviced by USPS, UPS or FedEx) and have place your order by 11am PT (2pm ET), you can expect your order to arrive in 2-4 business days. If you have selected overnight shipping (serviced by FedEx) and have placed your order by 11am PT (2pm ET), you can expect your order to arrive in 1-2 business days.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags, in their original packaging.

When do you charge my credit or debit card?

Your credit or debit card is charged when you place your order, so that it can be prepared for shipping in a timely manner.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently offer only U.S. shipping. International shipping - coming mid-2021.

Our Ingredient Standards

We craft our clean skincare formulas to the highest standards of quality and transparency, using only the most effective natural and clinical ingredients. Our formulations are fragrance-free, vegan, and cruelty-free, made without the 1,300 skincare ingredients deemed unsafe by the European Union.

Our products exclude essential oils, mineral oils, and are made without rocks, nuts, seeds or plastic particles to lower the risk of micro tears. All of our skincare is dermatologist-tested and safe for all skin types.

We understand that there is always more we can do, which is why these efforts are just the beginning.
